NMCOG Council
The Northern Middlesex Council of Governments conducts monthly Council meetings where the organization discusses current activities and makes decisions on NMCOG activities. The NMCOG Council meets every third Wednesday of each month at the NMCOG offices in Suite 100, 672 Suffolk Street, in Lowell.
NMCOG Strategic Plan
The NMCOG Council is developing a strategic plan for the agency to review the organization’s mission, values, and guide the next three to five years of the organization’s work and growth. The Council has established a Strategic Planning Committee to direct the planning process according to an established workplan. View the workplan here.
