Directions by car

From all points: Take U.S. Route 3 or Interstate 495 to the Lowell Connector. Follow the Lowell Connector to Thorndike Street North (Exit 5B). Thorndike Street continues onto Dutton Street. At the end of Dutton Street, continue with a slight left to Arcand Street. Turn left on Father Morissette Boulevard and turn right on Suffolk Street. NMCOG is located on the left at 672 Suffolk Street. 

Parking

There are metered parking spaces for visitors in front of the building on Suffolk Street.

Wannalancit Mills Visitor Parking is available off of Suffolk Street across the street from the 660 Suffolk Street security office. (In map apps, enter 629 Suffolk Street, Lowell).
