>> NMCOG is currently developing a new Five-Year Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) document for the Greater Lowell region. >> To better ensure transparency in government spending on transportation projects, the Northern Middlesex MPO, in cooperation with MassDOT and the Lowell Regional Transit Authority, has published the FFY 2019 Annual Listing of Obligated Transportation Projects for public review. This document contains a list of both highway and transit projects for which federal funds were obligated.

>> At It's July 24, 2019 meeting, the NMMPO voted to endorse the FFY 2020-2040 Northern Middlesex Regional Transportation Plan (RTP). The Plan is currently in effect.
