From all points: Take U.S. Route 3 or Interstate 495 to the Lowell Connector. Follow the Lowell Connector to Thorndike Street North (Exit 5B). Thorndike Street continues onto Dutton Street. At the end of Dutton Street, continue with a slight left to Arcand Street.
Note that the Suffolk Street Bridge is currently closed, so Suffolk Street must be accessed via Hall Street.
Coming from Arcand Street, take the Hall Street exit from the roundabout and then turn left onto Suffolk Street.
Coming from Aiken Street, turn onto Hall Street and then turn right onto Suffolk Street.
NMCOG is located on the right at 672 Suffolk Street.
Free visitor parking is located on the left at 629 Suffolk Street.
Parking
There are metered parking spaces for visitors in front of the building on Suffolk Street.
Wannalancit Mills Visitor Parking is available off of Suffolk Street across the street from the 660 Suffolk Street security office. (In map apps, enter 629 Suffolk Street, Lowell.) After entering the lot, do not enter the ticket gate. Follow the Visitor Parking sign and take an immediate right into the Visitor Lot.
