Meetings

The Northern Middlesex Council of Governments conducts monthly Council meetings where the organization discusses current activities and makes decisions on NMCOG activities.

Strategic Plan

Subcommittees

Executive Committee — Responsible for providing interim direction between full Council meetings, setting meeting agendas, and tackling pressing items that may require timely action.
Finance Committee — Oversees budgeting, financial reporting, audit oversight, and fiscal sustainability.
Nominating Committee — Manages nominations and appointments of Council officers, ensures continuity of leadership, and recruits member participation.
Personnel Committee — Oversees human resources policies, performance evaluation processes, staff recruitment, and compensation frameworks.
