From All Points - Route 3/I-495 to the Lowell Connector. Follow the Lowell Connector to the end of the road (ends at a Traffic Signal at Gorham Street). Take a Left onto Gorham Street. Proceed North on Gorham Street/Central Street to the second traffic signal. Turn right onto Church Street. We are located on the left side of the road approximately 500 feet from the Central Street/Church Street intersection. There are a few metered parking spaces for visitors in front of the building on Church Street. Other parking options include the Lower Locks Parking Garage on Warren Street. To access this area from Church Street, take the left fork just east of the office onto Warren Street. Remaining in the right lane, the Lower Locks Parking Garage is located directly ahead. Other downtown metered spaces and Parking Garages are also available for visitors to NMCOG and all parts of downtown Lowell.
