NMCOG encompasses nine member communities in northern part of Middlesex County approximately 20 miles north of Boston Massachusetts. These communities include the City of Lowell and the Towns of Billerica, Chelmsford, Dracut, Dunstable, Pepperell, Tewksbury, Tyngsborough, and Westford.  This section includes information on community officials, boards, police and fire, census statistics, and much more.  We have also provided links to specific community websites in their respective town profile pages.
