NMCOG provides local technical assistance to each of the nine member communities in the region. The council makes plans and recommendations on a number of regional planning programs in order to improve all aspects of the community. The programs outlined in this section have been designed with the interests of the communities and the region as a whole.
Currently NMCOG is providing assistance to the Town of Billerica with the Billerica Town Center Planning Study. More details on this project can be found here.
A Dracut Town Center Planning Study is currently underway as well. Hear the results of the SWOT analysis and give input at the next Visioning Session on Dec. 1st 2011.
