Project Team

Planning Staff from the Northern Middlesex Council of Governments (NMCOG) will be the responsible for carrying out all activities associated with the update of the Regional Transportation Plan. NMCOG is recognized by the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) as the officially designated Regional Planning Agency responsible for conducting comprehensive planning and transportation planning activities for the Northern Middlesex region.
